Basic Desktop Diagnostic

Find out what has been causing your computer issues. We evaluate your system based on problem description, recommend repairs and make recommendations for upgrades.
Fee is only charged if you do not have us complete the work on your PC.
Component/Hardware Install

Installation of RAM, or a single hardware item (hard drive, graphics card, motherboard) and testing of installed item to ensure it functions.
Software Install (Non-OS)
$19.99
Install and configure a software title you own for your computer (Office, Quicken, TurboTax, Games, Etc). We can also upgrade a currently installed software title.
Price does not include cost of the software.
PC Tune Up
$29.99
Cleanup unnecessary files and make adjustments to improve startup time and overall system performance. We also complete a virus scan just in case you have malware affecting your system.
Virus Removal & Cleanup
$69.99
Includes removal of all viruses and malware infecting your system, and a tune up of your PC to remove unnecessary files, deframent the HDD, and speed up your system.
If you purchase anti-virus software in addition to the virus removal, we will install and configure it for you for at no charge.
OS Install/HDD Reformatting

OS Install/Reload of your windows operating system. Includes backup of data to and external HDD and reinstall once reformat or OS install are completed. Files are placed in a BACKUP folder on the newly cleaned desktop for easy access.
